Europe Hotel & Spa Zermatt

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Zermatt for a few days. The staff at Europe Hotel & Spa were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast in the morning was the best, with a station where you could make your own egg dish or have it made for you. Plus, some rooms have a view of the iconic Matterhorn, which was a fantastic perk. The hotel also recommended a rental shop nearby that had great prices and friendly owners. a very nice hotel with helpful staff, cozy areas, and a nice spa.

We had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel in a great location. The room had fine views of the Matterhorn, and the amenities were fantastic, including heated floors and a night light in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious and kept us full until dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice experience.

Our room at Europe Hotel & Spa was beautifully designed with ample storage space. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and bathtub. The balcony offered a fine view of the mountains, especially the Matterhorn. The spa and massage services were excellent. The location was convenient, close enough to everything but in a peaceful area.

Modern facilities. Excellent breakfast, champagne included. Ideal location for walking to town. Helpful chauffeur service. Friendly staff, cool bar/lounge design.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a long day of work. I was really surprised by the location, not too busy but still conveniently close to the main street center. Plus, the hotel offered porter service which was a great convenience.

Expensive rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views. Rooftop bar, lounge, and pool area are a pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa area includes saunas, steam bath, and whirlpool. Excellent breakfast.

There could be some improvements in terms of adding a shower curtain in the bathroom for more convenience.
