We had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting us with directions to the lifts and recommending a rental shop nearby. The room had stunning views of the Matterhorn, and the amenities were fantastic, including heated floors and a night light in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious and kept us full until dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

Our room at Europe Hotel & Spa was beautifully designed with ample storage space. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and bathtub. The balcony offered a stunning view of the mountains, especially the Matterhorn. The spa and massage services were excellent. The location was convenient, close enough to everything but in a peaceful area.

Modern facilities. Excellent breakfast, champagne included. Ideal location for walking to town. Helpful chauffeur service. Friendly staff, cool bar/lounge design.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from. the swimming pool and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a long day of work. I was pleasantly surprised by the location, not too busy but still conveniently close to the main street center. Plus, the hotel offered porter service which was a great convenience.

The only downside was that the mattress in my room felt a bit too soft and was slightly sagging in the middle. However, the amazing staff, proactive service, and delicious food more than made up for it.

Expensive rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views. Rooftop bar, lounge, and pool area are a pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa area includes saunas, steam bath, and whirlpool. Excellent breakfast.
